On Day 10 of Phase 1 and as of this morning I am down 10 pounds! I am amazed at how quickly the cravings go away, though I am looking forward to having an apple with my lunch again. And I really need to find an alternative to celery as my "dipper" for hummus, chicken salad, etc.

:welcome: magrat, and :woohoo: on your terrific weight loss so far!

Red and yellow bell peppers are my favorites for dipping, but I also like broccoli, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, jicama, and cucumber or zucchini spears for scooping. Raw green beans and snow peas are also delicious.

Sliced colored peppers or cucumbers make great dippers. Welcome.

Any veggie really works! Bell peppers are a fav of mine as are cucumbers :)

They were $2.99 a pound when I went shopping on Thursday! I didn't buy them. But they are great with hummus.
