The SBD Wake Up Call (http://amzn.to/n1jcA8). I just got this and can't wait to read it. He has chapters on gluten free eating. Has anyone else read this?

I would link, but I'm not sure if I am allowed to :)

I have seen it when I was searching to see what ones exist now since when I first heard about this but I haven't read it. Off to see if I can find for my kindle ;)

I linked it for you :)

I'm reading it! So far I'm impressed. I initially thought it was a companion to the SB Diet but it's really a stand alone look at our toxic lifestyles and what we can do to change it. My favorite topic is "Control the clutter, free the mind" :) I also thought the chapter "The high cost of inactivity" was excellent. Of course it wouldn't be a South Beach book if it didn't include chapters on healthy food choices, and they've done a good job here.

Wow, definitely going to get this. Does it also have recipes or does it focus more on the reasons behind the recipes?
