Default The diet pills that make you " full " ? Does anyone use them with IP?

Just a question I was wondering, if it'd make things easier.

My personal opinion: why take a pill that might be bad for your health to feel full?!!

IP works wonder to your body, if you stick to the program you will feel full in no time especially if you eat all your vegetables.

Many members say they find it hard to eat everything because they feel full.

So, if I was you (and in a way I am since we are on the same diet), I would not compromise my health believing in a magic pill.

Again, my own humble opinion.

Everything is easy if you put your mind to it. You are wanting to lose your weight FAST and QUICK, It will NOT HAPPEN. If you can't stay on the program for more than a few days this program is not for you. This program WORKS IF you STICK to it. Its not a PART TIME DIET, can't do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday and expect it to work. This is a 7 days a week 24 hour a day program. I am living proof along with the rest of us who have had success. WE STICK TO IT, we get results. I am not trying to sound mean or negative towards you at all but why would you want to add more stress on to your body by taking a pill that is not needed. Drink a lot of water it makes you just as full as a pill would AND it helps flush out your system.

Well said...

Why put your health at risk?? for a diet pill?? You have already lost 18 lbs... You know how this plan works.... Don't give up now. or you will end up with those 18lbs right back to where you didn't want them,,,

Jenny- it seems like you are really struggling and I am sorry about that. I know how "hard" this diet can be sometimes.

I would like to throw out there that you just might possibly at your goal. Sometimes we force our bodies to get to too low of a weight and we cannot maintain it, our bodies fight us on it and no matter what we do, we just cannot stay at that weight. Your body might be very happy at 125 and it just might be a weight that you can maintain without a constant struggle.

Think about it. It might be time for you to phase off properly and spend some time in maintenance and see how it feels. 125 for your height (mine as well) is a very healthy weight and from what I can tell in your picture, you seem petite. 125 might be exactly the right weight for you.

I hope I am not coming off discouraging, I am just trying to throw another point of view out there. Of course I will be here to support you in whatever you decide.
