The Maintenance Library - Body Image/Self Esteem Book Recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for books that can help with body image after weight loss?
Most of the books I find are either geared towards women trying to lose weight i.e. love-yourself-as-a-bigger-woman or love-yourself-and-you'll-lose-it or are general self-help/self-esteem books. I can't find any specific combination ones.
Most of the maintenance books I read only talk about eating habits and only have small chapters dedicated to making peace with yourself and your new body.
I was really hoping to find a book that talks about raising your self esteem after years of low confidence due to being larger so you don't feel like a total alien once you've lost it, is that too much to ask lol?
The closest thing I've found is this book ( but I couldn't identify with it much, there's a lot of christian undertones and I'm not very religious.
So I know it's a long shot but please let me know if anyone has come across something like that.
Thank you!

I am not sure what you are expecting from a book, but I have been reading a book called "Positively You" by Jinger Heath. It isn't focused on weight loss....but more for all women I guess.
She and her husband have built their cosmetic business on having women believe in themselves. Apparently Heath went through alot in her childhood and life, went through a breakdown before getting back into her life.
She talks about affirmation, positive talking, loving ourselves ect.
I have been blogging about it too and really just outlining it...I blog on buddyslim though...Heres a link

Maybe my outline will help you decide if you want to invest in the book.

Thanks Ladies.
Dagny, I read one of your posts and it sounds interesting so far. Honestly, I don't know what I'm exactly looking for either- I guess the problem is that I'm searching for something very specific (i.e. body image issues for maintainers) when the material doesn't really exist out there.
