Default No More Excuses

Hi guys,

I'm very new so please go easy on me.

I've decided that today is the day I'm going to do this. I'm going to lose this weight. I've always been one of those "the diet starts on Monday" kind of girls. For years now, I've been yo yo dieting and playing pretty dangerous games with my body. Losing 5 pounds here, gaining ten pounds there. Skipping meals, binging later.

Today, that stops. This morning, I cleared out all of my junk and comfort food and stocked up on healthy alternatives. I've thrown away all of my take out menus.
I'm going to eat healthy, balanced meals. I'm going to get off the sofa. I'm going to exercise daily.

I'm going to do this.

Fantastic, way to go you You have already made some changes so stick with it and get that body moving. Those endorphins will become addictive soon enough
