Talking Yyyaaahhhhooooo!
I'm finally back on track!

I have started loosing weight again!! I was sooo depressed for soo long. I was just gaining and gaining. I was finally at my all time high of 215. This is a lot for me because I am very short and don't put on weight well.. I recently read a post where a girl said that she had lost the good feeling of saying no to bad foods. This made me think, when was the last time someone offered me food of ANY kinds. I ALWAYS say yes. If I say no, I usually regret it then indulge later. But this week I made a tiny goal of saying no to not so good foods. AND I LOST 6 pounds!! YIPPPEE! I don't feel heavy or slugish or tired. I actually feel happy and good. I'm going nuts.
