Talking I just started my diet and I have lost 2 pounds in 2 days :)

The diet Im on it amazing but tough. I have already lost two pounds I didnt think that was possible!!!! The fact I am already seeing results is making me want to stick at it even more

How is everyone else doing with their diets and what diets are you on?

Hi Rach! Congrats on starting your journey and the 2 lb loss!

Please don't be discouraged if the weightloss slows down. It's common to have big losses in the first week or two because of water loss. It's definitely a great boost though and motivates you to keep going! Oh and to asnwer your question... I have been calorie counting since March, though I've slacked off in the last couple of months... Time to get back on track!

I love that little whoosh in the beginning! Just like OhThePlaces said, don't get discouraged when it slows down though!

I've been calorie counting since May 2011. I've lost 54lbs overall, but I had already lost 8 in December 2010 when I tried back then. Restarted in May at 192lbs. So since May 2011 I've lost 46lbs

Thanks guys, its nice your being honesty, if it does slow down the way im looking at it is, any loss is still a loss, even if its just a pound or two a week that is still something, im being very positive about things xxx
