Little while later I had a snack, carbolite protein bar 170 calories/4 effective carbs.

I actually forgot to have breakfast! :eek: Me, forget to eat!! Around 10:00 I had some cinnamon crisps that I had brought for a snack.

8:15: 25 gram protein shake

9:30: deviled egg made with lots of mustard, tiny dab of mayo, and a good couple of shakes of hot sauce!

8:57AM - One can of slimfast milk chocolate shake as I ran to class.

10:30AM - 6 Dried Mango slices at break.

I drink about 1 liter of water before 8AM everyday (like a good girl) and another liter before 10AM.

I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a Tbl. of real maple syrup. My cholesterol is high and I thought I'd go the oatmeal route and see if it really works.

I love to have 1/2 of a cantaloupe, and then fill "the hole" with 1/2-3/4 cup cottage cheese. Mmmmm.

fyi.. did you know that 1 serving of cantaloupe gives you 100% of vitamin A?

Can you tell I'm obsessed with food? :)

(heat and mix a bit)
2 Rye Crisp crackers.
Bottle of Water 1/2 hour before I ate this.
