:headache:Why, why, why do I torment myself???????????????????????
I KNOW that splenda is a trigger for my migrains and I used it anyways :?:
It just goes to show that "just a little won't hurt" WILL.
Anyways, I'm just gong to drink lots and lots of water to flush it out and hope I kick myself in the rear the next time I get such a "bright" idea.

Awww man, that stinks! I can use Splenda without much problem at all but most other sweeteners KILL me. Makes things so tricky sometimes.

What did you eat with so much splenda?

I get migraines too. My triggers are chocolate, wine and cheese. All good stuff. Oh, and mine are also hormone induced.

I had my first one in about 8 months this past week and I tried a new medication my doc put me on called Maxalt. Don't ever take it. The side effects aren't worth it.

Well, it was only a single packet (single serve) I sprinkled it on a slice of cheese with some cinnamon and cooked it in the micro (like we do when making the cheese crackers) it tastes like cinnamon toast :yum: It's just that I know I can't use it at all.....ever. I was just hoping this time would be different. But even some of the diet soda like Diet Rite, ect. brings on the migraines too.

I am new to atkins, maybe there is a different type of sweetner or a different brand that you could try. Good luck!
