Ok I've been doing my mums old tae bo dvd for a few weeks now. Its amazing, its really helping me to drop the lbs and tone up...

However, is it just me or do the blonde assistants that stand behind billy blanks really annoy you? They spend the entire work out shrieking, screaming and shouting. I know its supposed to be encouraging but I do find it quite off putting. I won't quit doing it as the benefits far outweigh the down sides, but its soooo annoying!

I only have one DVD of Billy blanks tae Bo and haven't used it for over 4 years. I think it's a good time to take it out of retirement. Thanks for posting this.

When I used mine 4 years ago I never noticed anyone except Billy because I was trying to be in sync with him for the workout.

It is an amazing workout, you really feel it afterwards. I'm starting on the basic warm up/work out and just slowly building up. The first time I did it I overdid it and couldn't move my arms for 2 days x

I'm so NOT a dvd kind of girl, but I love Billy Blanks. It's the only one I've found that works my entire body and gets me to break a sweat fast. I haven't noticed the shreiking girls though. That would probably bug me, too.
