Good Morning Everyone!
I don't know if this is how you open up today.hope so!
I did my 3 mile Leslie Sansone so I could pop in early....only to find no one has posted for today..so I hope it is okay to start it!
I love a new page on the calendar.Feb.1st! It is almost like a new beginning! I decided Feb. would be a good month dedicated to taking good care of myself! No matter what age we are we sometimes have a tendancy to be good to everyone BUT ourselves! Despite the fact it is Saturday I wanted to start out doing something positive..............it helps me with eating correctly too if I have started the day by exercising!
For those who have a hard time I have some advice......just START somewhere and I strongly suggest 10 minutes at a time for perhaps a week.then gradually increase it! That is how I started...............................Good habits are just as hard to break as bad one once established..................it takes time like anything worth having!
Be proud of every change you are making....the small things are what counts!Whether it is with eating or exercising!
