I remember someone asking about the "Wendi" plan from Weight Watchers. The 2/11/03 issue of Woman's World magazine has a long article about it along with some sample menus.
The place I buy magazines at puts out new issues before they're supposed to be on the newsstand (the main reason I go there so this may not really be available til next week.
