How do I add the start weight/current weight/and goal weight under my avatar?

Go to your UserCP and click Edit Profile, then scroll down to the Additional Information section :) You'll have to type in the numbers and include the slashes, it's not automatic.

You can also get there from your Quick Links menu in the purple menu bar :)
