I have got to get back to counting every little thing. I need to know if this is really going to work for me. If it isn't... then I will move on. Although I can't move on with out knowing I gave it my best. So here is to making this work

L- homeade low carb veggie beef soup (7)
S- Jello cup (1) (due to sweetner) whipped topping (1) Atkins bar (3) Crystal light (2)
D- 2 beef patties (0) dotties zuchinni fries (2)
S- Chicken breast with mustard (0)
Coffee and Heavy whipping creams (0)
Green olives (0)
Late night eating.... Peanut butter and almonds.
Looking at this I realize I didn't get enough veggies in, today.
