another not so great day in my not so great life...why why why

snack of self-loathing and general frustration with life
1 hard candy .5
2 butterfinger hearts 2

l:
turkey noodle soup 3
boca sand w/ the other 1/2 boca 2
cauliflower, carrots & celery w/lt ranch 2

snack:
cheese/breadstick 3

d:
spaghetti & meatsauce 6


then:
choc milk 2.5
mini pb cup 1
mini heath bar 1

total:27.5

allbran/kellogs/yoghurt for 5/5
coffee
snack:
roasted almonds 4/9
green tea

lunch:
boca burger/lf bread/cheese 4/13
coleslaw 2/15
tea/water

dinner:
three caffe tasse chocs 1.5/16.5
latte 2/18.5
maybe some noodles, maybe not 7/25.5
snack:
if there are points left over

exercise: 35min rowing, weights at gym, dog putter,
maybe go back to gym tonight for the rest of the workout
water: si,si

64 oz so far

Exercise:
Treadmill tonight - kicked butt - 4 miles' worth :)
