Hello, I'm Jay, I have posted here before under a different name but I could not remember the name or the password so I just made a new account. I wanted to say hello to everyone, and announce that I am starting my diet today. My starting weight is 260 lbs and my goal is 190.

I'm thinking about vlogging about it on you tube every Monday, we'll see if that happens

When I posted here before I got a lot of advice to think about, and i thought about you guys every day until today. I really don't think I woudl had started if I had not had the original support of the people on this forum.

Now to get myself one of those fancy tracker things...

Absolutely stick with 3FC No matter what's going on, you'll definitely find advice and support.
