Smile Water Aerobics & Kick Boxing

Woohoo. I wanted to tell you all that I've been doing "Water Aerobics" and "Water Kickboxing" at my gym and it rocks. I'd always wanted to but never tried it and I've been doing the whole hour class and still able to walk to my car at the end, LOL.

It's a lot of fun, a great workout that's not too hard on the body or the feet or the knees or the back, and I feel GREAT! when I'm done : )

I'm also proud to say that I lost another pound and am now at 39 pounds lost..... oh one more pound please to get to 40. I am such a slow loser.

Way to move!

So what do they do in water aerobics? I was in Hawaii last week and when I wasn't at the beach, I was in the pool and tried to walk fast and move my arms. I'm curious what "real" water aerobics is like??

They do the same things as you do in regular aerobics, just in the water. They use weights too which are really floaties, LOL.

I loved water aerobics. I miss water aerobics. I think I will go again once the next session starts.

I tried water-aerobics a long time ago. Only went a couple of times. Just loved it!!! I think it's soooo important to find an activity that you love.
