Default Skinny Water

Hello,

I'm new here and new to the IPD. I wanted to ask if I can use Skinny Water for my water intake? My coach and my paperwork says I can use items that have 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, etc. Skinny Water has all zero's but I'm not sure if I can use it for water intake. Does anyone know please? Thanks.

I don't know what Skinny Water is but we are very limited to what can be in it.

Check out the ingredients - is is sweetened? We have only have Splenda and stevia...nothing else.

I will, I didn't think about the sweetner.
Thanks.

Skinny water is ok, but don't count it towards your water. I actually learned about it from my coach. As others have said, though, all coaches are different. It hasn't slowed my losses, but I don't drink it all the time and never count it towards the daily water requirements.

What about Powerade Zero? It has sodium, potassium and magnesium. Uses sucralose. 0 calories 0 carbs. I asked this question somewhere else but didn't get any responses. What do you guys think?

As far as I know both are sweetened with sucralose and are fine on occasion.

I know if I over do the sucralose and artifical sweetner it does slow down my losses.
