WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Lack of will power and motivation at times and mainly exercising.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I am not alone in my journey back ot thin. I have the wonderful support and motivation of everyone here in THE THIN GROUP and that means a lot! My wonderful friend, Sharon, once told me that you have to want to lose more than anything, and I finally got it! I started WW January 2001 at 184 lbs – lost 14 lbs – quit WW to try on my own because I wasn't following program and didn't want to keep paying the weekly fee ... I did gain back 8 of those 14 lbs ... tried following WW at home on my own - did well for a while but just couldn't stay faithful to it. Finally, in June of 2003 I started doing low-carb and got down to 167! I haven't followed it faithfully over the holidays - did gain 2 lbs back but am getting myself back on low-carbing again. Even though my weight is coming off very slow, I am not quitting until I reach my goal! AND I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: My downfall seems to be when I travel or go to various social functions like we all have in life. I just don't do well on my program, but I am working on that one. I also don't do wonderful in the journaling department either. I hopefully have a handle on the exercise and drinking my water.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I think I am motivated to do it this time because I am tired of just going up and down and not getting to where I want to be. I have been on the WW program for a few years now and if I would have done what I was soppose when I first joined I would have been at goal within the year. I just have to do this for my health and well being.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? That I truely value all of my Thin Group friends and love each and every one of you's so much. I think the biggest problem is that, because I am not hungry much of the time, I forget to eat and I think that by not eating enough, I am not losing as fast as I should.

I'd be gung ho at first and then lose my motivation. Determination is what is going to see me to the end of this even when I have no motivation. WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I am an emotional eater and I have a hard time getting myself in gear to exercise.Plus I tend to eat when I am bored. I think if I could exercise more and curb the eating I would be doing really good. Sometimes I just feel like I don't have the willpower, but it's just mind over matter.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have cut out alot of sweets from my diet and I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Plus I really hate the way I look and I really want to be able to keep up with my kids. I don't want them to be embarassed of me. Plus, this time I am going to do it for me because I deserve it and I need to start focusing on me. I just know that I can do it if I can just be patient and take it day to day.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I am a stress eater, and a binge eater. I eat when bored, lonely, upset-you name it, I stuff my face because of it. I am also lazy, and hate to excersice.

What is your biggest problem in weight loss: I crave sweets and I also get tired and that makes it worse I also lose motivation real quick ,and if I am tired I really do not want to exercise.
