How do those tea bisquits stay so social?
bad day today, we are going to a lecture tonight (miss gw state of the union, big bummer, but then my blood pressure will remain calm), however, we are going out for indian food.
Breakfast:

you know, i bought a bag of rice chips at TJs on Friday night, I ate a bunch on Friday and Saturday (left them in the car). When I was buying them I thought to myself that these were a mistake, and on Sunday am I dumped them in the trash at the gas station. I hate to see food go to waste, but I hate to see me eat them because they are there.
So, I don't buy things like skinny cows, lf cookies, chips and other little provocateurs anymore for the same reason.
As for food in general, I found about 12 lbs of cookies, chocs from Europe and cost plus and other assorted goodies in our back bedroom (my study) yesterday. I had a fit. My really good chocs (mostly tablets) came to work and will be allotted to dearest colleagues slowly. I can't stand buying all this stuff while in Belgium, France, Italy because I know that DP will forget she did.
So, what do I do?

yes, I agree, better not to have these things around. what with bad moods etc. (for my part) they just get eaten...I don't know what to do about it though. As I slide way down the slope of compulsive eating....
