when i was on phase one, one week i didn't lose any weight. my coach looked over my food journal and asked why i was eating so much broccoli. she said that broccoli is great because it is full of nutrients, but that i shouldn't eat it so much because of the high carb content. we decided that i shouldn't eat it more than twice a week. this might be a good rule of thumb for you too. if you eat it often and you find that your losses are slowing, you might want to cut back on your broccoli intake.
