Hello there!

I've just registered to this forum

I'm a 20 year old woman from Scotland, UK. I've been battling weight problems since I was 11.

I've tried diet after diet before, with some success, but then the weight piles on again.

I want this time to finally be the time I lose the weight and keep it off for good. And I'm looking forward to meeting people who are fighting the same battle

Hello there KH20! So glad you found this forum. You will not regret joining as there are so many helpful folk on here.

Try to visit daily or at least a few times a week. It has been the best thing I've done to stay motivated and inspired.

Welcome to the forum. I too have battled with weight all my life and am working on taking it off for good. You will find a ton of support and information on this forum!
