I went back this Saturday after not being there since the end of May. It was awful walking in knowing that i gained all my weight back but i had to do it to gain control again. However, i did in fact gain the 15 i lost and burst into tears, the poor girl at the counter was SOOOOO wonderful! She started me over with my 5 and 10% again. So now i have a fresh start.

As horrible as it was going, it's SO freeing knowing i'm back on track and have even lost an lb. since then! Tracking every crumb but still enjoying my daily points. Couldn't have done it without you guys

Going back after a gain, is the hardest part. That's over now, yay!

One of our local leaders did it 4 times before it stuck, so you're not alone!

I feel alot better, another big piece of news is that we are trying to have a baby. So i want to be in better shape for sure. That's what keeps me going! Things are starting to look up! This week i can stay for the meeting, last week i wasn't able to stay and that's the most important part!

Amazing how something like going back can be so scary and yet end up making you feel so much better in the end. So glad you went back and things are looking up so much for you already!
