Default Physical Therapy

Sorry if there is a thread about this already.

BUT has anyone ever done physical therapy?? I'm doing it now, for about 6 weeks for 3 times a week. I'm doing it mainly for my scoliosis and my knee that I have had surgery on recently. Considering I haven't exercised since my knee first started bothering me (I had a torn meniscus and have arthritis) it is tough!!

Anyways, I just wanted to know if anyone has gone through physical therapy, and how it helped you, etc.

I have experienced PT...but I wasnt the patient...I'm the PT! I hope you see positive results! With the right therapist you can really get a great benefit from physical therapy!
Best of luck on a quick recovery!
