It can be downright overwhelming at the start. To look at the whole picture was actually daunting for me. To think that I needed to lose anywhere from between 150 to 180 pounds... it seemed insurmountable.
Yet. Breaking it up into smaller goals. Focusing on things that have nothing to do with the numbers whatsoever. Asking others for help and finding a lot of support... well... this GIANT MOUNTAIN of weight loss is ... doable. Maybe I can't lose 150 pounds...but I
can lose 10 pounds. And I keep those 10 pounds off. And I can lose 10 more pounds... and keep those pounds off.
You don't have to hope that you have what it takes. You DO have what it takes.
One day at a time, one meal at a time. Some days it's hard. Some days it's okay. But, we keep stepping forward no matter what
