We were at Zehrs(a grocery store) and low and behold they had an exercise ball kit there for only $9.99(Canadian)...it comes with the ball(65cm) and a pump and a sheet with instructions and some suggestions of exercises too. You know ... it's funny, I saw some at the grocery store I shop in too ... I can't remember if it'st he same brand ... I found it odd that they were there ... but hey, if we're gonna get fat by shopping there, we might as get thin shopping there too ....
