Thumbs up WW (Older) Challenge Final Thread: Week 9 FINAL DAY/WEEK!
We're here, folks!

The original challenge began July 4th, and here we are two months later for our FINAL week!

I want to give out HUGE kudos to everyone who has participated.

I have the link to the spreadsheet with the final week here. Hope I updated it right! It was my first time adding columns and the like.

Yay! I weighed in this morning, down 5.3 lbs which gives me 14.5 for the challenge. My goal was 19 so I was really really close!

I WI this morning at 160.0 (gain 0.8 since friday, dam* wine! lol)

I lost 8 pounds since July 4th, which I think isn't that bad, having gone away in vacation and everything

I did not reach my goal of 155 but 8 lbs lost is still a going in the right direction.

I only lost a little over 2 pounds for the whole challenge, which is kind of pathetic. However, this summer was one of lots of traveling and lots of time zones! haha

Knowing how hectic the summer can be, I am glad to see any loss at all. Now that school is back in session, I am looking forward to that structure being back in place and working towards dropping these pounds.

Congrats to everyone who had a successful run!

I actually reached and surpassed my goal (unless the scale is lying!!). This morning I was at 194-my original goal was 195.6 or 10lbs..
In total, 11.6 lbs lost.

Wooohooo...this is probably the first 3FC challenge in which I have met my goal.

Scale said I was down 2.2 pounds this week. Awesome.

Which means I've lost a total of 13.1 pounds since July 4th. Not too shabby!

Today is the final day of my 99 Day Challenge, as well. I exercised and ate within my weekly points from Memorial Day until today... Labor Day!

I'm ... thrilled. I'm so happy! Just delighted!
