Way to go Sandi!!!

I'm still at 216lbs. I guess I should be grateful that I haven't gained.

01-27-2003, 10:13 AM
Sandi... you just ROCK! way to go :) I'm soooo happy :D for you.

Me? I gained - I just got back from vacation. I stuck to my plan - eat! It was good and worth it. I gained 3 lbs - plus it's going to be TOM today. I'm not too concerned. DH and I are starting again today. (he has been off the diet since the summer) With him on board it will help out a bunch.

It was fun to visit home but those Tim Horton donuts are a no no for me :nono: and those Ketchup chips :o -those should be illegal :)

WAY TO GO SANDI!!!!!!! You rock, my friend!!! :D :cb:

Jen, maintaining is a victory within itself. Be proud of what you've lost & you didn't gain! :)

Dana, glad you had a good time on vacation! :) I have one question, though, what the heck are "ketchup chips"?!?!?!

01-27-2003, 11:34 AM
Ketchup chips... are the best!
Canadians are really into different flavoured chips.. ie. salt and vinegar, bbq, sour cream, dill pickle, ketchup, gravy. Some weird stuff. I had a bag of ketchup flavoured doritos - way too good!

01-27-2003, 11:36 AM
Okay, Dana, those sound really, really good! :) My favorite "dip" for regular potato chips (like Lays) is ketchup. We call it the "poor man's dip" here :)

01-27-2003, 01:12 PM
We have the best chips here, I love ketchup and dill pickle chips. I've discovered that Crispy Mini's come in both dill and ketchup flavors -- I'm in heaven!

Down one pound to 257. I feel pretty good about that considering all the steroids I was on for my back for 6 weeks. I look forward to great results as I am back on track and in my 7th day OP. Onward and downward!!!! 4 more pounds to make it 100 pounds lost. Boy I only realized today that I was so close to it. I had actually forgotten how many pounds I have lost! I looked at my chart and realized I started at 353. Soooooooooooo only 4 more to 100!!! A goal I can't wait to meet.

01-27-2003, 06:13 PM
Pam, congratulations!! You are soooo close! :) Keep up the excellent work!!! :D

I'm down to 276 even. My stats have not been completely correct for awhile. My scale was very screwy evidently, well, that and a killer holiday season. So, my official current weight as of December 30 was 290.2. So I'm down 14.2 over the last 4 weeks on WW. I'm so happy with this, and even when it slows down, which I am anticipating, this is a program/lifestyle I can live with.

01-28-2003, 07:46 AM
Congrats, Pam, that is amazing! I'm so proud of you!!!

Yay, Sandi-you must have been smiling at the scale :)

Excellent-fractured miss (sorry, I don't know your name!)

I still have my tom, so I"m waiting to weigh...hopefully Thursday.

Take care,

This is a maintainance week for me - no loss, no gain. :)

01-28-2003, 02:14 PM
So, I lost just one pound this week, but it does make for 10 total!

:cp: So I guess I can't complain about the one pound only loss. Now I wanna hurry up and get to the 220s!

Congrats to everyone here!

01-28-2003, 07:38 PM
Way to go Sandi ! :) Everyone is losing losing losing!
My I'm maintaining this week no change. Bit dissapointed as I've been good but I'm looking at the monthly picture and 8.5 for the month I can live with that :)

Wow, Kayla. That's a third of your starting weight. And you're going strong!

I only lost .2 # this week. That's almost a maintain but that's ok, I didn't gain.

01-29-2003, 10:56 PM
go Holly! And go Kayla! (Girl, WHEN are you gonna post some "after" pics?)

01-30-2003, 10:31 AM
Congratulations everybody! You all are doing so well (maintaining & losing). I lost two pounds this week (the same two pounds that I gained over the past two weeks, but still I'm pretty happy with it). I hope I'll be in "new numbers" next week.

01-30-2003, 10:44 AM
Wow! Everybody is doing great! Congratulations to you all.

As I've said many times, I'm only weighing once every two weeks ... I cannot deal with the little ups and downs so this makes them less visible! (I know, it's a dumb mind game, but it helps.)

I'm down 4 pounds from two weeks ago. Not exactly what I would have LIKED to see, but it's not a disappointment given that I succumbed to some stress eating and haven't been exercising!

So, my total since starting fresh is -15. I'll take it!

01-31-2003, 09:19 AM

Down a half pound.

Well, it's better than gaining,
congratulations everyone-

01-31-2003, 11:23 AM
Well I'm feeling good. 3lbs down this week. I am so happy. My hubby is in the "that isn't that much" frame of mind, but I'm not going to let it get me down!
