I am tired of driving two hours to get to the clinic every week. I was stuck in traffic today and got there late (30 mins) and they were closed. I was so mad! Plus the gas is adding to the expense. Anyone else use ideal protein to go?
Is this a specific program or do you want to create a program comparable to ideal program? I am doing my own low carb program and would love to have a buddy.

I think this would be "ideal" for you - they only ship to where a clinic isn't close enough to drive to, and with the support on here, you still get your coaching.
First, congrats for not giving up! Instead of just throwing in the towel and saying, 'well, guess I can't do this" you found an alternative that works!
I just joined IP to go, and placed my first order last week. This will be my first time trying IP, and my dear fiance will be my "coach" as far asl helping me get my measurments. Ill use #FC ask my "coaching" as well. IPtogo has an online food journal and log to note your weights each week as well. Haven't yet gotten my food yet though. One tip: Order more than $300 (a month supply) and they waive the shipping fee. Hope that helps! Will let you know how it goes once I recieve all my food on Friday, can't wait to get started!
The shipping cost is too high but I guess it would balance out on the cost of gas for you. The free shipping for over 300 spent I think was only temporary...at least that's what my email said.
No, you don't have to do any bloodwork, but I think they had me do a short questionaire, like a "dieter profile" to get started. Really easy process. I think Jmartjrmds is right about the free shipping over $300 being expired. It is a bit high sometimes if you dont have a coupon. You can play around with it a bit though. Hopefully they extend that free shipping for Labor Day, hope it works out for you!
Well, I have more support here then I did from my couch almost 2 hours away. And yes, shipping cost is worth it for me being I had to drive so far each week. I do see my regular dr to monitor my labs. Labs 2 weeks ago were great! As far as weigh in, I wi post my losses here. The only thing my coach did was ask me is I ws having any problems and weighing me. I had to finally ask after a month being OP if she could measure me, and she said "if you want me to" Huh? I think their operation was more of a money maker.
I invested $600 in products during the free shipping offer so I have plenty of food to get me by. Hopefully they will offer it again soon.
