Good morning, Autumn Beauties!

We are starting the first team challenge today! Hope you guys are ready. :)

The goal is to be the one on the team to always drink your normal 64 ounces every single day. If it comes to a lot of people doing it, I believe what we'll do is it will be who drinks the most overall for the week, so post every single ounce you drink!

Monday 8/29- 68 ounces
Tuesday 8/30- 50 ounces - slacked, sadly. I had a diet coke in the morning and it messed me all up!
Wednesday 8/31-
Thursday 9/1-
Friday 9/2-
Saturday 9/3-
Sunday 9/4 -

Hi ladies. Just checking in with you guys. How is everyone coming along with the workouts? I've kinda slacked off a little but plan to start back full force today :) I'm most definitely down for the water challenge! I think it is a great challenge because water is one of important parts of weight loss. I can't believe we are already into week 5...

Monday: 68 ounces of water. I feel like I'm swimming! I usually only drink 3 bottles and I made myself drink a 4th + some. Though, now that I got over it I am happily drinking a caffeine free diet coke as my last drink of the day.

Hope everyone had a great day! I went slightly over on calories due to a massive chip craving. I portioned it out, though.

Walked a lot at work today and packed when I got home, but was too busy to official work out. But, got a pretty decent amount of movement in for the day.

Thanks hun :) -- Today I didn't do anything due to a serious migraine... I'm doing a lot better on watching my portions of food.. Monday I did some serious house cleaning( moving furniture, cleaning carpets in my house(old fashion way-on hands and knees), wash & fold clothes while dancing around to a couple of my jams.

Tuesday::50.7 oz of water

How are you ladies doing?
@Meliz- it is all about keeping busy and movement :) as long as we are not laying around being lazy then it all counts...

Sorry ladies I'm so out of touch. Accepted my position And that means moving asap!!! So I move into my new place an hour from my current home tomorrow and start there Monday!
Let me get moved and itll be like I never left!!!,:)

I'm starting to feel better. I can feel the blues leaving my body. I need to force myself to exercise whenever I feel down. Today I did 20 minutes of 'Exhale Core Fusion Pure Abs & Arms' and feel great. The endorphins are back! Yay!

Kamsmoma, yeah we have lost quite a few people. However, the few we have left are extremely active, so lets just keep that up! We'll just become a more tight nit group. Great job on being our teams biggest loser!

mhil, congratulations on the job and move! I completely understand the craziness and won't fault you if you miss this weeks weigh in since you told me what's going on. I'm moving this weekend, too!

megmix, it's great to hear you're feeling better!

Hey ladies! I'm still floating around! Just a crazy time for me. I've already worked 40 hours this week from Monday thru today alone... ready for my students to come back but not ready to get back into the 60-70 hour work weeks yet. Down in weight 2 pounds when I got on the scale this morning... I think it is mostly due to stress and lack of time to eat lately but hey its 2 pounds :) Hope all is well!

Pinksnowdays - Wow, that's a tough schedule. I hope the rest of the week goes well for you!

Today as the last day of August I took measurements for the 90 day exercise challenge. I weighed in at 265 lb, 1.6 lb down from Sunday morning! and 13 lb down for the month! Yay! I've lost almost everywhere, but specially my waist and neck. I can actually see the difference! I'm so excited and I'm so motivated to continue!

As for exercise, I did 3 miles with WATP. I jogged one of them, it was intense!

Thank you ladies :-) I'm motivated and ready to kick things up a notch this month with exercising. I want to try and complete this entire month with no more than 4-5 rest days...Today I will be doing JM 30 Day Shred...I'm starting over with this again...

mhill- congrats on your job and move hun

megamix- I'm glad you are feeling better. I'm down 9.5lbs this month. I took measurements for the 90 Day Challenge also.. I've lost a total of 7 inches for the month of August.

You ladies are so supportive!
I got all moved in yesterday and I'm so blessed. My apartment complex has a pool, gym, sauna, tanning bed... basically, I'll never leave! lol
I got all unpacked today(took a personal day from work) and settled... tommorrow is my last day in my old position!!!!
Tonight I went swimming, did an hour in the new gym and took an hour long walk with my puppies browsing the new complex!

Thanks everyone so much for the support, wishing, thoughts and prayers! You ladies have been with me through, interview 1,2 and 3, promotion, move and eveything in between!

Hi team!

I wanted to let you know that I'm stepping out of the rest of this challenge. I've bitten off a bit more than I can chew with all the commitments I have going on. I'm going to try to just maintain through the rest of the month, and by that time, I'll have taken finals, supported my hubby during his, packed up our whole house and clear housing, then road tripped to Texas, find an apartment there and settle in. Ha ha... needless to say, I'm just going to focus on the fitness aspect right now and trying to maintain my weight within a few pounds. I wish you all the best of luck!!
