Hey Forum! My name is Paul. I am a 25 year old guy from South Florida. I am 6'3, I was 284 lbs, then I lost almost 100 lbs. I went down to about 187, now I am back up to 210. I can't seem to shake the weight. I want to be back to 185 range. I am just looking to get some tips from anyone that wants to share. I am looking forward to meeting some people and trying to help them as much as I can too.

First of all congratulations on the changes you've made and on all the weight you've lost. It's very difficult to keep the weight off, and the fact that you've caught it now and want to get it back under control is amazing.

There's a Men's Corner under Support Groups that you might like to chat with other guys around the site. There's also a 20-something's area.

People might be able to give you some advice if you let everyone know what you're doing now. Food plans or exercise plans. Anything of that sort.
