Looking for any advice about the Slim in 6 program. Thinking about buying it, and wondering if anyone had anything good or bad to say about it.

I think it's a really good program. If you are diligent and have a good diet, then you will see results.

However, it can get a little boring. You are doing the same moves every day. You do change it up a little as you progress through the three dvd's. But still boring.
