Question @KimberlyP (or anyone else who wants to help!)

I am in total awe over your before and afters and was wondering if you would share your workout routine?!

At this point in time I'm NOT in love with my arms or the extra flab on my tummy from the four kids...what did you do to get such great definition in your arms and such an amazingly flat tummy?!

Anyone can help with this one if you have something that has worked for you!!!

Weight lifting helps to build and tone muscle. You can't spot reduce fat whether in our tummy or your arms. The only way you reduce that is through overall fat loss which is basically losing weight (or through surgery to get rid of excess skin).

So you really need a two-pronged attack. An eating and overall level of activity to help you lose fat all over and a weight lifting program to build and tone muscle.
