So not a great start - bought some weight watchers scales and found that i weight about what i was expecting but i was hoping to be pleasantly surprised! 14st 4 1/4
And to top it off i have had a McDonalds today. After visiting my father in law in a hospice and not leaving until late we needed to eat and my weight didn't seem important after where we had been.
I am sad about my weight but knowing what it is means i know what i need to do. I plan to weigh again next Wednesday and see how i am doing, that is if i can keep myelf off the scales.
20lbs by Christmas would be nice and then a little on over Christmas and then start again.
I HATE exercise and just can't find the motivation to do it so i need some motivational help guys.
Also rightly or wrongly i am using Alli, only taken a couple of pills so far, two yesterday it was and none today due to the McDonalds! I thought i would give it a go!
