My name is Angela, I'm 22 and currently at my all-time high of 220 - a number that I am decidedly not happy about. I've tried loosing weight in the past, with successes, but each time I fell off the wagon, I gained the weight back in surplus.

But this time I'm not going to let that happen! I'm determined to stick it out, and finally get my eating habits in check. I think it'll be different this time, since it's the first time I've made the decision to do it myself, without anyone else's influence.

Hey! I've had the same problem, over the years I've lost weight for two weeks and gained back more and more each time. THIS time thats not going to happen, and I'm sure you will manage to do the same!
