My name is Angela, I'm 22 and currently at my all-time high of 220 - a number that I am decidedly not happy about. I've tried loosing weight in the past, with successes, but each time I fell off the wagon, I gained the weight back in surplus.
But this time I'm not going to let that happen! I'm determined to stick it out, and finally get my eating habits in check. I think it'll be different this time, since it's the first time I've made the decision to do it myself, without anyone else's influence.
