well, since you asked rina - this is what i've been doing!
mon+wed evenings: aqua aerobics
tues + thurs mornings: legs, bums and tums classes followed by 10-15 minute run
wed + sat lunchtime: CV and weights at the gym
sun: yoga at lunchtime, swimming in the evening
i also try to do some straight swimming before/after my aqua aerobics class (just a few lengths).
i know it might sound like a lot, but to be honest - i don't make every class all the time. i aim for a minimum of 2 and see how i go from there. lately i've been doing quite well. although i was out drinking with friends wed night so no aqua aerobics and the sore head the next day meant i couldn't face legs, bums and tums! but i did do a gym sesh this morning to make up for it! i might try squeezing in a wed morning yoga class or following a yoga tape at home at some point during the week. i really feel yoga is good for making you fitter, firmer and more flexible!!
hope you both (lori and rina) have lovely weekends. the same applies to anyone that posts!!
kirsty
ps hope me going on about exercise isn't too dull!
