This week I will start to use my meal record book again and stop binging and stop eating out of boredom and drink the correct amount of water everyday! My husband and I want a baby and that is my motivation to make this happen!!!

- track my food, write it down as I swallow.. no procrastinating

-attend my first group class at the gym in 5 years (bought new sneakers-no longer have a valid excuse not to go..)

- Drop my average calories from 1400-1500 to 1300-1400.
- Hit the gym at least 4 times.
- Try to give up diet soda... again.

Great thread!!!

This week I will:
~ do strength training Mon, Wed, and Fri
~ Cardio at least 3 days this week
~ Try to stay as close to plan foods as possible (no money, so have to eat what we have for kids when my stuff runs out)
~ Not allow stress to be an excuse to fall off my goals for the week :D

This week I will:

Stay on plan
Go to yoga at least 3x (4x if my Wednesday plans fall through)
Drink more water
Find a healthier snack (the before bed food crave has been killing me)

This week:
I will get up at 5:30a.m. to exercise, no matter how much I want to go back to sleep
I will stay on plan and keep my calories between 1300-1400
I will drink lots of water
I will NOT break my scale and toss it in the garbage if it does not say what I think it should.

Today I have accomplished my goals:

I prepared my meals/snacks for work in advance
I have 4 cups left to get my 100oz water/day goal but I'll be up for another 5 hours so shouldn't be an issue
I did my planned workout for today

It feels good to do what you said you were going to do!

...make my meals in advance so I'm not caught short like I was practically all of last week :(

Today I can account for yesterday (sorry, it's always the morning after for me)...
~ I did my strength training... and surpassed my expected time of 45 mins and did 55...almost a full hour of the strength training, and that's with swapping out exercises swiftly, so it also keeps heart rate up as in cardio :)
~ Cardio (official cardio) will be tonight. At the very least, will do 45 mins on elliptical programmed workout, then floor exercises (full ab series) and stretch
~ So far have had enough food that is OP in the house to totally stay on plan and will be able to at least the next 2 days :)
~ I have not allowed stress to be an excuse for me to go off my nutrition or fitness goals...I did however, allow it last night to fuel my workout efforts and came out of it feeling SO much better :)

Can't wait to hear everyone else!

Yay! Cardio on schedule today. According to myfitnesspal, I burned 691 calories in tonight's workout and I am totally psyched about that. Tomorrow morning is weigh in and I'm nervous, but know that I have worked my butt off this week no matter what it says :)
