hmm.. what kind of snacks do you generally eat?
I'll snack on cereal, ice cream, a couple small candies..
I like some of the 100 calorie pack snacks for a treat.

Do you like to dip stuff? You can try your hand at hummus. Make some, it's really easy and much cheaper than store bought stuff. Plus you can season it however you like.
I keep low-carb tortillas on hand and some cheese for a quesadilla. I've been making a pizza one with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce and sometimes a little pepperoni. Microwave it, or cook on the skillet.
At times I'll have a salad as a snack. Try out some different veggies or greens to mix it up. Recently I tried Rabe or rabini. It's broccoli greens. At first I wasn't a huge fan since it's a little bitter, but now I absolutely LOVE it! There's tons of greens to play with and an endless amount of variety with adding veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, making some easy dressings.
Popcorn is a good one as well. You can always add some parm cheese to change it up, or a toss of sugar for a sweet and salty snack.

When it comes to snacks, I decide what I'm looking for in the food. Do I want crunch? Sugar? saltiness? Fat? Do I just want something tasty?
Hope this helps..

I usually go for hummus and pita, a 100 cal pack of something (like baked cheetos), cottage cheese, or sliced bell peppers and some dip (I use a little bit of Catalina dressing).

I just tried Kale chips and they were great! It only took me about 10 minutes to make them and the most strenuous step was ripping the kale leaves into bite size pieces. (I used the Hungry Girl recipe)

My typical snacks are:

fruit (apples, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, and peaches are my favorite)

Baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and/or sliced peppers dipped in hummus - I make or buy different kinds to switch it up

Popcorn (I like olive oil popcorn and I'm notorious for burning any popcorn, so I buy the popped and bagged one from Trader Joe's)

Pirate's Booty (delicious and cheesy, but has been known to fudge labels in the past)

Wasa crackers with RF cheese or natural unsalted peanut butter

Frozen bananas food processed into "ice cream" with 1/2 T natural unsalted crunchy peanut butter

I often make a little black bean tostada as a post-gym afternoon snack:

1 corn tortilla cooked in a bit of cooking spray until crispish, 1/2 cup black beans, 1tb lowfat sour cream, 2tbs salsa and some shredded lettuce:
205 cals, 11g protein, 9g fiber. Very tasty, very filling.

A little cheddar or cotija cheese is nice if you have the calories spare. (Cook the tortilla, add the beans, sprinkle on cheese and heat in oven until the cheese has melted. Then top with salsa, lettuce and sour cream.)
