I'm Jenn. I'm new here and thought I'd say hi. I am 30yrs old about to be 31 from Tigard, OR. I have decided I'm tired of being fat and that I need to get of my butt and do something about it. I know it's going to be a long journey. I have a lot of weight to lose. But after reading all the inspirational stories on here, I know I can do it. Just have to overcome my biggest challenge(staying motivated).

Welcome! Breaking my weight loss down into mini goals has really helped me not get overwhelmed. I am three pounds away from losing 40 lbs and I can't believe it. Set your goals, make them realistic and go for it!!!
