Hey, I know how frustrating it can be to not lose weight at the rate you want to, that can then lead to losing motivation and so on and so on. I know the feeling because I've been there and know what it feels like.
The best advice I can give you is to try and think of it all as less of a diet and just try making healthier choices. This is what I have found works for me. I started by cutting down and then getting rid of lots of the bad stuff I was eating. Honestly, I think it works better then any of the diets I've been on.
