Default Hello there everyone
I am new to this forum but I am looking forward to getting to know you all and hoping I can get/give support. I'm 38 years old and I reckon (ideally) I have about 60-70 pounds to lose. Even typing that hurts Been overweight most of my life (well,since the age of 10) with brief interludes of semi-slimness. Just want to be healthy, attractive and feel good about myself. Not been feeling great the last few months but want to change that through food intake, exercise and support from people who know!

i started out at 210 lbs in july of 2010 and i am now 127 lbs. its really doable!!!!

jeez...that's a great result for a year. I'm feeling really positive just now, but I know there will be tmes I may not feel so motivated, so glad I found this place.
