Mine says 185. Would really like to change it, but I guess I'll wait till goal.

Luckily, Tennessee no longer puts your weight on your license, lol. Yay! I was looking for it a few days ago when a coworker wondered how many people lie about their weights on DLs, but it's no longer there. Just height and eye color. :)

There is no weight on my license

No weights are put on driver's licenses where I am, so it says nothing! =)

I live in Saskatchewan and I have never had to put my weight on my driver's license. And I have been driving for a looooong time.

We have it in California... Mine said 180 for a LOOONG time, I finally caved and bumped it up to 225. I think I weighed about 260 at that point. I topped out at 288. I was soooo happy when I realized that I had hit the wieght on my DL!! Even funnier is the picture, 70 pounds heavier! My friend ask why I don't get a new one, but I kinda like being able to look at it as a reminder. At least for awhile. When it expires I'll be happy to get a new pic!

I don't drive but my state ID card says 140, which was quite frankly never truee, it's just that at the time it was 10 pounds off and at my highest it was 50 pounds off. Now back to 10 pounds off.

Mine also says 250. It was only a 15 pound lie when i put it on there (weighed 265), but now at 193, I'm itching to change it, but I'll wait till I get to goal or at least really close to it.

Mine does not have a weight listed. It was taken when I was very close to my heighest weight. I had misplaced it, and recently went to get another...they do not let you get a new pic until you renew! When my daughters looked at the picture, they asked why I looked so different in the pic. :)

Mine says 160 and I was probably about 20lbs heavier than that because I had just had a baby. I really should get a new photo taken and change the weight because it is an awful reminder to me of how much I weighed.

Mine says 170. I didn't realize there were states that don't do that. Gotta love Ohio!

I had always had it say 135, then I gained weight like crazy and couldn't confirm that in good conscience, so I told them 170. I think I weighed 190 when I said that. Since then, I've gained higher and now lost down to 180. It won't be long before I actually weigh what it says - and not long before I weigh less than that. THAT will be a big thing!!

We don't put weight on drivers licenses in NY. I guess I can understand the reasoning behind it, but weight can change so suddenly that it seems a bit silly to include it.

I might need a new picture soon though, I dont really look like the one in my drivers license anymore...

I've always had mine at my goal weight of 140 - I can remember the first time I dieted and got down to that, and I can't wait until I see that number for real again. Can't wait til that thing expires and I can take a new picture to go along with the same number!

I think something like 188? I should check. ;) Mine is pretty old (crap, maybe I need to get it renewed!) and was definitely from a height weight during my prepregnancy days.

Thanks for the reminder! I need to renew mine this month!

It currently says 200...which naturally is a lie as seen by my ticker haha.

Question is, what will I put on it this month...I suppose I should be honest and put my current weight on there to give me something to look back on when I do lose this weight ;)

Mine says 150- although I was probably 165 at the time. This was a big jump from when I was 16 and it said 225! I'll have to get mine renewed early next year, so I'm real excited for whatever number I get to tell them then!

I've had licenses in 3 jurisdictions, and none of them ever asked. Thankfully. I'm sure I would have lied no matter what.

Isn't it ridiculous? It doesn't sound like anyone lied by a huge number. Were those 20 lbs (or whatever) are going to change the impression of whomever is looking at it. If you're a hundred pounds overweight, is it really better that people think you're only 80 lbs overweight? What does it change? I was probably around 130 when I was first licensed, but I was mortified by that then and probably would have lied.

A couple of years ago, I was probably about 210. I was buying downhill skis and boots and they needed height and weight so they knew how to adjust the bindings. I put 195, because I couldn't bear to admit I was over 200. So my bindings are probably adjusted wrong. That made a lot of sense for me to do. (Hey, it occurs to me that they're right now!)

Mine says 190. At one point I weighed a lot more than that! I considered it to be a major NSV when I got below that weight. My renewal is due in a year and I hope for goal weight and a new picture!

Lately, people look at me funny when they check my ID. I don't think it looks like me anymore.

My license has no weight, but my military ID does. I got a new one about 20 pounds ago because I didn't look like the picture anymore and the base is more strict about such things than driver's license people are. When I was getting the new one the woman asked if I planned to lose more and I of course told her yes. So she looked at me and put down 150. She figured it didn't look far enough off at the time to tick the MPs off and that I wouldn't have to get a new one as quickly that way. So, it will say 150 until they fuss at me again.

My Maryland DL says 135, which at the time was complete bs. Lol. I was probably about 150. Anyway, now I am at 134, but I will wait til my goal weight to renew it. No point in wasting my time or money before then, especially since I don't have to renew right now.

mine says 200. It wasn't true when I said it, and it's not true yet, but it will be.

But now, after being here on 3FC, I am kicking myself for not at least putting 199 and being in Onederland instead! lol! But I think at the time, I probably never thought that would be even a remote possibility, and now, I'm hoping to get there before the end of 2011!

My license (NYS) doesn't have a weight, but quick interesting story. I flew from Rochester NY to Atlanta and back last week. Since Atlanta is a huge airport, their security actually says HOMELAND SECURITY in big letters. I walk up to the woman and hand her my license and ticket. She looks at the license, then stares at me and looks back at the license. Totally expressionless she says "You're all set. And congratulations." I said "Excuse me?" And again, without any expression she says "Congratulations on your weight loss."

I guess I shouldn't have been surprised but I was that she could see a difference on such a small pic of my face.

I have to cross the border frequently (I'm a USAmerican living in Mexico, just south of San Diego) and I always worry that the border agents are going to be all "This is not you!!!!:mad::mad:" when I show them my SENTRI pass.:dizzy: It's good for, like, three more years, but the picture was taken when I was over 100 lbs heavier than I am now.

CherryPie - that's a wonderful story. I know my Maine liscence had 185 on it cause that's what I weighed when I got it done at 16 there.... I have never adjusted to my knowledge, and when I transitioned to AZ, they didn't ask any questions and just took my pic - I honestly never looked to see if they just left it the same... or if it's even on there. I will say that it won't much matter though, cause the picture looks nothing like me either and not due to renew it for like 12 yrs or something. I was bigger in that picture, had been up and not slept much in over 2 weeks (cause of the ride to move here), was blond, short hair, etc, LOL. So like NONE of my information matched except birthdate, LOL! I think they only use your stats if you are a fugitive (which I won't ever be) or if you are kidnapped (and my hubster better put nicer looking pictures of me in the media than what's on my liscence if he knows what's good for him!LOL)

Mine doesn't show a weight, but I just realized it has the height and I have definatly grow several inches since I was 16 and never changed it. Even though I got a new card and photo this year because I was married and changed my name, it says I expire this upcoming year! Maybe I should make Drivers License day a goal weight day... lol

They don't do that in Ontario -- thank goodness.

I did have to provide it for a fishing license once, I think I weighed about 210 at the time, but I looked the lady straight in the eye and told her I weighed 107 lbs...she didn't even bat an eye.

its not on my actual license but i remember i wrote 250 on the form because thats what i have written for the last few years on any form that wanted weight. And it was always a good 50 lb fib. Now, happily, its close to a 50 lb fib in the other direction

Mine said 119 for years, because that is how much I weighed when I got it at 19 yrs old. I finally bumped it up to 160, which was still a big lie (I probably weighed close to 200). Now I weigh 150 and I really want to change it, but will wait until goal.

Thread made me curious so I went and checked.

I got my license when I was 16 and I will be 43 in December. I remember that all the girls in the driving class at school decided they'd shave 5 lbs. off their weight (I think I took about 10 off) It was a small school and the class only had about 8 girls and a couple of guys in it.

My license says I weigh 167, am 5'8" and have brown hair and eyes. This has never been changed in all the time I've renewed my DL in Illinois.

The reality is I've been as high as 287, am actually 5'10" now, and my hair has been brown, red, gray and mixed ever since I was about 20. The only thing that hasn't changed is my eye color.

I once told dh that if I was missing to not let them use the info on the drivers license because they would never find me. The picture has never really looked like me and the person they would be looking for doesn't really exist.
