Hello and welcome! I have been trying the hcg diet recently but am going back to plain old calorie counting. I was so hungry all the time and the hcg drops seemed to make it feel worse rather than better
I would feel very hungry right after taking the drops and it wouldn't get better until a couple hours after the drops were taken, then once I took them again i would be hungry again.
Anyway, I lasted three days on it but am going to calorie counting now. I just can't feel hungry like that or I will end up binging.
I hope you are able to figure out a good transition to non-hcg eating now. You have already lost a good bit of weight, that is amazing.
