Mini-Goals - Just starting out and so close to 1st mini goal!

I started about 3 weeks ago and am so close to my first mini goal..... it makes you feel good!!

My goals are as follows:

Weight loss goals:
1. Out of 300's --- Im only 2lbs away
2.-10%
3. -50lbs
4. Fit into a size 18 jeans
5. BMI of 35
6. -100lbs
7. BMI of 29.8
8. Onederland (100's)
9. BMI 24.9

Exercise Goals:
1. Complete session #2 of Couch to 5K
2. Jog 3min
3. Jog 5min
4. Complete "Down and Dirty Mud Run
5. Jog 30min
6. Complete 3 Mile run
7. Complete 2 5k Runs
8. Complete Warrior Dash next fall 2012

I am hoping I can dig down deep and find some motivation, determination and exceed at what I want most - a healthier me!

Congratulations! It really does help to set mini goals for me, too. I'm just about 7 lbs away from that under 300 range and I'm so excited! Keep up the great job! :)

Those are great goals! I have several mini goals, and they're spaced close enough together to keep me motivated, because when I reach a goal, I want to work hard to at least stay there, if not keep losing.
