Default 125 and stuck please help!

Hey everyone!
I am so happy! Today I woke up and looked down at the scale and it said 125 !! I haven’t been I 125 since I was 19 before my major car accident. I am unsure of where I want my goal weight to be. I think maybe 122 or 120 it’s all about the feel good factor. But now I am stuck. I am doing at least 4 ½ miles a day but I need to get some Pilates in for my toning. I do my walks in the afternoon, but I feel that I need to do some form of workout in the morning like the Pilates. The problem is that when I wake up I don’t like to do anything except drink my coffee eat my breakfast and wake up. So now what! I am lost, can any one give me any advice to get my but in gear. I have till October to get my body in top shape for my husband coming home on r &r. Thanks!

If you want to work out twice a day, maybe do it once in the afternoon, and once at night? That way, you don't have to do anything in the morning? I don't know what your schedule is like, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

By the way, I love your sig! I will have to keep that in mind!

I am an online student and an army wife. My husband is deployed so I have free time on my hands. I just want to have something to stick with so when he gets back it doesn’t cut into our time together I just know I need to do more than just walking.

In that case, yes, it seems like you should absolutely take your time to do your thing in the morning, and work out maybe early afternoon, and then again in the early to mid evening. Maybe around 12 or 1 PM for the first work out, and between 4 and 6 PM for the second?
