1. I am freezing!! It is by no means cold where I live right now. At first I though I was just getting cold from my AC but now its just ridiculous. I've got my slippers and sweaters out and just can't seem to warm up lately no matter what I do.

2. Bruising. I brushed this off for a while but now I'm like -what the heck- how am I getting THAT many bruises all over my legs!

Anyone else experiencing these things? Does this have anything to do with the IP diet? None of it is really too bothersome (especially for what its worth) but I also would like to make sure they don't indicate something more serious.
I am in Phase 1, Week 12 if that makes any difference.

Oh and I got my signature today hooray!! :D

You are experimenting the normal. I go through that a lot lately myself. Its out fat getting thinner!!

I was always cold when I got thinner last time. Not sure about the bruising, though.

I was cold all the time before I had my thyroid checked. That was a few years ago and I don't remember if there was a bruising issue. There is a lot going on with our hormones though, maybe that's a factor with the chills. ?? Old people bruise easily ?? (yeah I know, I could slap myself for saying that but best not, I bruise easily!)

Bruising.....supplement with Vitamin C. You aren't getting enough in your diet!

I'm cold all the time too. Sweatshirts in August! It's normal. Carbs fuel the fire and we've got no carbs!
