Morning everyone...actually it is almost noon here :)

So far today

1 coffee
2 herbal teas
2 16oz glasses of water

pm:

cranberry juice
2 more glasses of water

Oh Mauvais, sweetie... you're all alone here.

I'm really not drinking as much water as I should, but it's just so darned cold! I suppose I'm drinking about 3 or 4 glasses a day. Plus my coffees with skim milk.

I'm seriously thinking of starting to take cranberry capsules. I just got rid of that infection, and I can feel another hovering...

It is so cold here that all I want to drink is hot stuff, not water :(
