Dude, I was sitting here drinking my water and crunching numbers for the 20 something BL challenge and something just dawned on me. I haven't wanted to mindlessly eat in a LONG time. Normally right now I'd be reaching for whatever and right now I don't remember the last time I did that or even the last time I had to stop myself from doing that! Occasionally I go look in the fridge or the pantry for something to do but its never for hunger and unless its one of my "scheduled eating times" as in 3-4 hrs from the last time I ate I don't eat or want anything to eat. WOW. Just had to share it's weird sitting here thinking about it...

That's awesome! I think that was the hardest thing for me to figure out. It wasn't my meals that was causing my weight gain, it was the mindless snacking/grazing all day!
