Hi does anyone remember the slimming mag flexi diet.(late 90s). Its the only on I have ever got to target on and have lost my copy. Desperate to get starterd on it, anyone got one they are happy to copy? Or do the clubs still run anywhere but I think they went under. Any help much appreciated.....

Hi Im new on here but am also desperate to find a copy of Slimming Magazine Clubs Flexi 1000 diet sheet, i am more than happy to pay for it should anyone want to sell me a copy and in turn I would then copy and send on to you jgb1106.......I cant be fairer than that x

Hiya, many thanks for that info Star's but i cannot for the life of me manage to sign up for "boards" which is what i need to do to ask her for a copy......i have tried for over an hour and its all fine until you get to the security question and , well its unanswerable !!! did you get a copy ?? if so could you possibly forward to me via email ?? please i am really desperate X

My name is Jane, im disabled, i am really finding it difficult to shift the pounds.

In the early 90's i did do a Slimming Magazine Flexi diet, and i was successful in losing 4 stone. I am really desperate to find that diet again and was wandering if anyone here could help. I would do anything to get that diet that helped so much.
