Ideal Protein Diet - Advice please

So today was a very strange day for eating. I had my breakfast at my normal time, around 9. Then I had to run out to a meeting and didn't get to a chance to eat lunch until 3:30. When I got back to the office, I was still hungry so I had my bar. I think I was so overcome with hungerness after my meeting that I ate my lunch so fast that I just did not feel satisfied. So I ate my bar around 4:30. Then I went to workout at my normal time 5:30-6:30 and had my post workout packet at 6:30. Well, now it is just about 8:00 and I am so full and bloated that the thought of eating dinner is just not appealing.

So what would you do? Would you force yourself to eat dinner or just call it a day- eating wise? I know that the schedule I ate on was not very good, but I literally had no choice as I was stuck in a client meeting. Then I had so much food in a span of 3 hours.

To eat or not to eat???

I've know you are 100%. It's hard to eat when you're bloated....sometimes I gag forcing it down when I just don't feel like it. Just not worth it.

It's already after 8:00, I would not eat. It's too late and you will be miserable.

I would skip eating, can't see eating when not hungry. You had an off day, just get back on schedule as soon as you can. Have a good night!

Thanks gang! That was my "gut" (haha!) feeling but I didn't want to mess myself up. I have been OP from the start and didn't want to break my streak ;) The thought of eating a salad and veggies are just making my stomach turn

I sort of have the same problem. I haven't been hungry for dinner at all lately. Tonight I just choked down some cucumbers and some zucchini and then had my snack. I didn't want or even feel like cooking so I skipped my protein. This was all about 9:00 and I felt like I HAD to have something to eat but I wasn't hungry at all.
